Code of Practice for Nicotine Pouches: Establishing ethical guidelines for production, marketing, and distribution, our code will uphold consumer safety and industry accountability.

Product Standards and Guidelines: Developing detailed standards for nicotine content, labeling, and packaging, ensuring compliance and safety across all jurisdictions.

Model Legislation: Crafting legislation focused on harm reduction includes clear product standards and marketing practices to support safe and informed consumer choices.

Influencing Policy: We will present evidence-based recommendations to the UK House of Commons to shape policies on harm reduction and public health, including contributions to the 2024 Tobacco and Vapes Bill.

EU TPD3

The upcoming EU Tobacco Products Directive (TPD3) marks a pivotal moment in nicotine pouch regulation. Through dedicated efforts, GINN seeks to contriibute to a balanced approach, promoting positive outcomes amid the upcoming challenges.

Enhancing Compliance Tools: Launching an online validator app, we’ll enable manufacturers and regulators to verify nicotine products effectively.
