Miguel Ángel Martínez Cuadrado
A seasoned tobacconist, Miguel began managing his family’s shop in 1986 while continuing his studies. He became actively involved in the tobacco industry, joining the Asociación Provincial de Vizcaya in 2003 and its management board in 2004. From 2007 to 2013, he served as General Secretary of Vizcaya and also acted as Organization Counselor for the Unión de Asociaciones de Estanqueros de España from 2008 to 2010. In 2013, he was appointed President of the Biscayne Association of Tobacconists. He currently serves as President of the Vizcaya Association and was elected President of the Unión de Asociaciones de Estanqueros de España in November.
Jacobo Truan Aguirre

With deep expertise in the European Parliament’s procedures and political dynamics, he has advised clients in highly regulated sectors, bridging the gap between businesses, governments, and civil society.
